    As written, this second sentence is the opposite of accurate. With a bit of editing, though, it could have been a truthful statement: In the 2021-22 season, the 49ers swept the Rams (who won the NFC West), but were swept by the Seahawks (who finished last in the division).

    This seems about right to me. The first year to prove the injuries are a thing of the past (and if so, Penny should shine) and the second year to either cement his status as a top RB in the league or indicate his career as a productive back in the NFL is drawing to a close.
