This one's for Les...TELLING IT LIKE IT IS

The passing game seems like it consisted of roll outs, more roll outs, Wilson scramblling backwards, mixed in with a few nice throws. I would LOVE to see more 3 step drops get rid of it, throw it away if nothing is there type plays. Its EXTREMELY hard to block for a QB who is always on the...

    Percy Harvin????

    Bears repeating.

    This is what happens

The Safety there was really on Lynch. He had 2 yards, maybe 3 or 4 if he just follows the middle of the line, up the middle. When he bounced outside it put him outside the block and easy prey for the defender which had help quickly after. He really needs to keep it up the middle on those. We...

    Percy Harvin????

He can get deep once in a while but its never been Percy Harvins game. He has primarily been used on screens , crossing routes, sweeps, kickoff returns in Minny. He isn't a prototypical Wide out per say.

"I want to see Russell Wilson win a game on his own"

The Throw to Lockette was great, The slant to Lynch was good but other than that he threw a bunch of roll out passes, screens, dump offs. He makes up for it as usual though with his legs in the OT. Im hypersensitive about it, but I worry about what happens when he loses a step. Its First world...

    This is what happens

That INT was a terrible pass, and a very costly mistake.

Credit Where Due -- Manning's Last Drive

Its really easy to block for a QB who: A) Drops and throws B) Stays in the pocket and the linemen know where he will be exactly

Credit Where Due -- Manning's Last Drive

Simple defensive breakdowns at their finest. No reason that players should be that wide open on the freaking sidelines multiple times at the end of the game. But he did take advantage.

"I want to see Russell Wilson win a game on his own"

He really looked pretty mediocre throwing the ball today, and that INT was really bad. But his legs sure did give us the win on the OT drive. Bravo...

Bevell is at it again... bad plays against a weak Defense

You were wrong about the Chargers being just as tired as the Hawks defense. I think you would get 99/100 people agreeing with this whom watched the game. Agreed on everything else.

Bevell is at it again... bad plays against a weak Defense

You said the Chargers were just as gassed as the Hawks were. Hard to have a legit conversation with someone who is so blatantly wrong. Everyone else saw it, but for some reason you think that defense was just as well off as San Diego's. Hell, after that last punt the Chargers ran Vanilla...

Irvin on the edge of bust

He had 8 sacks as a rookie, but the Coaches werent impressed with him so we went and got Avril and Bennett. He is fast yes, but you need to be fast and strong to get to the QB, or have some special moves which he just doesnt. Pete and CO. have done great with the time, and the bitching about...

Irvin on the edge of bust

They scored a TD, so we would have received the ball down only 2 points 23-21 instead of being down 27-21 both times the offense got the ball back in the 4th Q. The final score would have been 26-21 only because of the garbage time FG that San Diego kicked.

Irvin on the edge of bust

Couldnt agree more that this was a bad pick. Carroll wouldnt choose him again.

Bevell is at it again... bad plays against a weak Defense

They ran another 5+ minutes off the clock AND the switched the field on us, pinning us way back in our own end. There was no way you could expect the defense to all of the sudden put up a 3 and out , and guess what they didnt. And did you just say the Chargers were just as gassed, REALLY...

Hawks didn't take this one seriously

It wasnt 120 degrees. But I agree the heat had a factor because of the amount of time the defense had to be on the field.

Hawks didn't take this one seriously

That isnt the actual temperature on the field however. You are measuring both the temperature of the field, the suns rays and the temperature of the plastic around the thermometer. Those readings mean nothing. Thats why you take official temperature reading in a thermometer shelter.

Worst Play Call of The Day

Where is Wilson and his quick drop and throws? Why all the gimicks if we have as much faith in Wilson as they claim. Agreed that Jet sweep at that time was a poor call. It just felt like we outsmarted ourselves on that call. My worst call of the day goes to punting on 4th and 2, putting the...

Irvin on the edge of bust

Even worse, he was drafted for his speed off the edge and is not effective at getting the the QB, if he was they wouldnt have had to adjust the roll he plays. This is not an overreaction, the rest of the defense is great, they had a bad day. Irvin is a bust. BIG difference.
