Marshawn may be that fuel the send the Seahawks over the top

Well, Flacco and Luck (in the playoffs) for starters. With Wilson, that makes 3 QBs in playoffs that can make yards out of the pocket on the ground.

Marshawn may be that fuel the send the Seahawks over the top

Before you guys get too excited about Beast Mode, by my quick calculations on the ESPN.com stats site, for rushing defenses in 2014, Seattle only played 3 teams in the top 10- Denver (2), San Fran (7) and Cowboys (8). Seattle lost to the Cowboys. They played six teams ranked 16th or worse in...

If Marshawn were to win SB MVP...

Yeah, I DO NOT get this guy. I keep hearing he may have anxiety or some issues with public speaking, yet he goes out there and makes a spectacle of himself. Wouldn't that cause more anxiety? I don't buy that for a minute. This guy knows what he's doing. I know if Brady or Gronk acted that way...

Have Bad Feeling About Possible Officiating

You guys get flagged that much, even though you kicked Browner over to our side?

Question about SB team logo alignments

Yeah I never did get that backwards flag patch until I found out the reason they do that. The stars have to be at the front at all times. So although on one arm you get to see the stars in the front as your are used to, on the opposite side, if they used the same format, the stars would be...

    Locker room attendant being questioned

From everything I'm reading leaking from the NFL, the Patriots supplied a video to the NFL which shows the guy carrying the balls go into the bathroom for 90 seconds. Unless this guy goes into the bathroom for 90 before every game or the NFL has something else, you may not even see fines. Forget...

    We're going to win.

That is a mighty bold statement. If it turns out to be true, hope you had fun. If you are wrong, you'll have plenty of time to re-read it in the off-season. I was never in the prediction game, and never really make predictions. I will say this, I don't know why, but I feel better for this SB...

The thing I most admire in Sherman...

As a Patriots fan, I of course would love to have this guy on my team. But to the question at hand, I admire his intelligence. And not just his football smarts, but his overall intelligence. It's very refreshing to see an athlete speak as articulately as he does. I really enjoy reading articles...

    Locker room attendant being questioned

As if playing and squeezing balls hasn't been played out all last week, now we have entered the realm of ball sacks. I'm glad the SB is over this week, as I don't even want to guess where this is going next week. On a serious note, interesting development. I will be following this. Obviously...

    Congrats from a Pats Fan

Wow, small world. Maybe you were the guy my friend kept falling on. I think Strawberries became something else, or they became from something else. In any event, there are none in MA that I have found. I see some Strawberry store online, but I don't know if that has anything to do with that...

anybody watching the patriots send off rally?

Also, I had no idea what this 12th man stuff was. I kept on seeing it. I can't say anything bad about loyal fans.

anybody watching the patriots send off rally?

Well, I can only speak for myself and I saw most people buying food and scrambling to dig in for a while. Also Patriots left early and there were a bunch of variables that didn't make this a good send off. When we win the SB, wait until you see our parade! We'll make up for it!!

Deflategate basically over after today's press conf

Yeah, I keep trying to leave.. LOL But the rule says "The ball shall be made up of an inflated (12 1/2 to 13 1/2 pounds) urethane bladder..." but it's up to the ref to make the final determination. I can present a ball 10PSI or 17PSI, if the ref just squeezes it, well then. Also, I see that NFL...

anybody watching the patriots send off rally?

Hell, I'm bunkered in with enough food and water to last 3 days. I'm just hoping I can make it to Western Mass. at the end of the week for the SB.

Even Pats announcers are huge arrogant homers

That's your opinion. I like listening to Zo as he adds some excitement to the call. Sure he says some goofy things at times, and he'll often tell you the bad along with the good. Obviously, you are less inclined to like anyone doing commentary against your team.

    Congrats from a Pats Fan

Hey, I saw the Seahawks play Patriots back in the mid 1990s in Foxboro. Anyone have that date? I've looked online, but can't find it. The only thing I remember from that game is that my friend kept on falling on the guy in front of us, I was probably 16/17 at the time. To put it in perspective...

Even Pats announcers are huge arrogant homers

Yeah, I would think the *home* team announcers would be biased to pull for their team. Just a hunch it works that way around the league.

And if they do beat Seattle this Sunday, that was way too much time you took compiling that list!

Yup, another bad rule written by Belichick. Good thing the NFL changed that.
