    Preferred fan viewing experience?

    I always prefer to watch games in the stadium. Failing that I like to watch with friends who know some football and are into the game, but as I live abroad I usually watch on my own, which is fine too. I think it was probably for the best that I watched the 2nd half of that falcons game on my own!

    Regardless of what the correct call was on that play, I feel like the Seahawks gave been given a pretty rough deal by the zebras this season so i'll take this call without a shred of guilt.

    I was really pleased to see this too. Penalties were the main reason that I didn't mind losing Okung and Sweezey. Hopefully yesterday was a sign of things to come.

    Are the numbers on our jerseys too big?

    I usually have to look extra hard to work out tell the difference between Clark's 55 and Avril's 56. Asides from that, it's all good. I prefer the classic straight-line number fonts like the old jersey numbers but they're better than the likes Bucs, Broncos, Eagles, Ravens and no doubt a few others.

    Watching the Hawks in London

    I always like Bodeans in Soho (Poland st, i think). Only problem is that they probably won't stay open til the end; I never found anywhere that stays open past midnight (or even 11pm) on a Sunday. It also depends on whether it's a sky tv game.

    If Schneider's watching him he'd better act fast. The Australian rugby team is so terrible at the moment that he'll probably be getting a call up to the national squad anytime now. Looks better than what they've got.

    Oh yeah, I know that. I was referring to the times in the regular season when i've tried to listen to Raible&Moon rather than simms & Nance or some of the fox crews but the delay has been too brutal to bother.

    I can't recall if he's done a lot else this preseason but he's made some good plays the first half of this game, both on defense and special teams.
