    Slot/Nickel CB: Trufant vs Lane

If that's the case, why did Trufant not start in Browner's place instead of Lane?

    That OTHER Falcon WR

Don't understand one bit Pete's thinking on this decision. Lane is clearly the better choice but for some reason Pete feels some undying loyalty with Trufant. I'm tired of watching the slot WR get behind him. Enough of this crap and start Lane in the slot.

    Slot/Nickel CB: Trufant vs Lane

According to Danny O'Neil today when he was on with Brock and Salk, it sounds like we're stuck with Trufant starting in the slot once again. Pete, please don't keep doing this. Trufant is going to get torched and you have better options available. I really don't get what he sees in Trufant...

If Clemons knee is signifigantly injured

I'd love to get Dione Jordan if he's available.

    Slot/Nickel CB: Trufant vs Lane

Lane is the clear cut choice. Trufant just gets beat constantly so being a "savvy vet" isn't helping him at all, against much lesser players than Tony Gonzales.

    Slot/Nickel CB: Trufant vs Lane

Trufant is the 2nd biggest weakness on our D, right after not having a consistent pass rush. Trufant will continue to be attacked until Carroll stops being stubborn and puts him on the bench where he belongs.

    Slot/Nickel CB: Trufant vs Lane

What good does experience do if you're constantly getting beat? I can see Pete's thinking in leaning towards experience but hasn't he been watching Trufant in the game film? It's brutal to watch and completely maddening that Carroll either doesn't see it or is too stubborn to make that change...

    Slot/Nickel CB: Trufant vs Lane

Why on earth does Trufant start over Lane as our 5th DB? Lane played very well in Browner's absence on the outside yet he's not good enough to start over Trufant in the slot? This is one of the few Carroll decisions where I think Carroll is dead wrong in his choice. The only time it appears...

KJR: Chris Clemons - torn ACL?

I don't see how we can get by with one pass rusher. This is devastating to our super bowl chances.

I thought this was about the most complete game

Not sure what defense you were watching. The D was horrendous yesterday.

This season is over. No way in hell we make the playoffs now

D isn't even close to being special, or elite. Way too many flaws. The entire D got overrated just because of a 1st half against GB and because our secondary hits hard. D is a complete embarrassment on 3rd down.

Sherman should tone it down a little

Screw that nonsense of him toning it down. Brady was being a douche, as usual, Sherman made him pay for it and shoved it right back in his face. I don't want Sherman to tone it down one bit and loved how he acted towards Brady the Lady. Keep it up Richard, and don't listen to these fans who...

    Darrell Bevell: Job security?

uh, relax dude. i was just curious how many other teams were going after him besides us? has nothing to do with browner. i wasn't being flippant. wow.

    Darrell Bevell: Job security?

Before coming to Seattle, how highly regarded was Bevell around the NFL as far as OC's go?

    It really IS that loud

I sincerely wish the Hawks would make a practice of turning people away at the gate who are wearing opposing teams gear. They seriously should not be allowed in the stadium.

    Darrell Bevell: Job security?

lighten up man. there's nothing wrong with both enjoying the victory and asking legitimate questions about concerns.

    Darrell Bevell: Job security?

Despite the great game Wilson played yesterday, is Bevell's job at risk for next season or does Carroll really like him as OC? I'm still not comfortable having the offense in Bevell's hands. If Bevell is gone, who are possible replacements?
