    I don't think so. Implicating an assistant is no better perception-wise than implicating Brady or Belichick. Nobody in their right mind would believe he was acting on his own. What assistant would have the gall to alter the game balls in any way without the approval of the QB throwing that ball...

    From Bellevue I'd take the Sound Transit 550 Route from the South Bellevue Park and Ride. They come every 10-15 minutes and will drop you off right in the International District.
