    Anyone pick up Clint's Book?

I can't completely disagree at times it was the kicker's fault, but there were a lot of times that the snap was high, or off target, or the LS missed a block. This coming year will be a telling year for our kicking unit...and for Hauschka.

    Anyone pick up Clint's Book?

I've never seen a kicking unit go from solid to unpredictable in one season and the only difference being the long snapper.

    Anyone pick up Clint's Book?

Clint has been promoting his book and how in it will include the real reason why he was let go from the Hawks. Wondering if anyone picked up a copy last weekend and read the part where he tells why? I'm guessing that it had to do with cap space.

    Playoff Experience

I can't believe I am about to write this but here goes (and feel free to make fun of me) but "the separation is in the preparation" when it comes to playoff games. I feel that any advantage gained by playoff experience is all done leading up to the game and has to do with how players and...

    C.J. Prosise

Pete Decipher... "He'll practice later this week and we'll see how he looks" = 100% will not play "He's going to practice and we'll see how he looks by the end of the week" = 75% will not play "He is going to practice and should be able to play unless there are any setbacks" = 50% chance of...

Pete just gave his typical Pete response. "He'll practice this week and see how he does"

How many games has Nolan Frese cost the Hawks this season?

I don't know a lick about long snapping but just using common sense and what I've seen on TV, the snaps have been very inconsistent in both accuracy and speed. I've heard a time or two that the snap was slow and of course we can all see when the snaps are not accurate. Both of these lead to...

    Steven Hauschka

This seems to be the obvious answer to Hauschka's issues. The only difference between the last few years and this year is the long snapper. A lot of the FG and punts that have been blocked and/or missed were due to poor snaps. A few of the blocked kicks were due to defenders going right up...

    Substitution Rule

I hate to ask this question because I should know the answer. What is the substitution rule? Yesterday Rogers snapped the ball quickly to try and draw a penalty against us. One time it backfired. Over the past years there have many times when the Hawks march down the field in hurry up mode...

Fearless Prediction Thread (Panthers @ Seahawks)

I'm expecting a big day for our D and getting after Cam (I really hope he complains after the game about getting hit to often and not feeling safe) but it's our Offense (mostly our OL) that dictates if we win or lose. Our D has played lights out and has kept us in most of games but if our OL...

    Offense Solutions?

YES! We seem to move the ball really easily in the hurry up offense and when we start drives with quick slant passes. The hurry up offense success could be contributed to the opponents D playing a prevent D but we need to try it during the game. Assuming the RW is still hobbled by his knee...

    Time to call Gresham?

Last year we played 8 games that were decided by a 3 or fewer points. So I'd say the LS position is very important for our team. So far with the small sample size we've seen in preason it sure looks like our LS could cost us a game or two. Gesh and Hauschka have been the most consistent players...

Green Bay Week 2 Road Trip

I haven't seen where everyone is meeting up on Saturday or before the game on Sunday. Does anyone know?
