    TJack is done and Boykin is the backup QB. PC said they love Boykin's athleticism. The team does not have to change anything with him in there. PC has said it several times. Everybody knows TJack can't run well enough to do some of the plays they run when RW is in there. But Boykin can.

    The one greatest reason the owners want publicly funded stadiums is that they can walk away from them when they want to move the team. It's pretty tough to move the team when you own the stadium. There would not be any moves if the owners had to take that hit.
