    Frustrating Yet Perspective.

The team's year was plagued by two main negatives. Impactful injuries and inexperience/talent on OL.

Russell needs to lose weight for next year

Comments on how RW should train are about the silliest things on the Intertubes. It's a sign of arrogance to think some random person knows better than RW how to train. The dude is rediculously meticulous in everything he does.

Matt Ryan - Russell Wilson Season numbers

Non-Hawk fans completely ignore the impact of Wilson's injuries because he fought through them and played. Like he was just a little dinged up. Most QBs would have skipped multiple games from those injuries, much less still put up those numbers.

Can someone link me to the Julio facemask

....and have to acknowledge that Jones only had a chance at the ball because he committed a penalty to get free.

    Wilson holds the record

Not a fan of rating QBs by a TEAM's win total, but since the talking heads keep bringing it up...two thumbs up.

Bama / Clemson: for all the marbles.

Clemson puts final stomp on SEC. Hah!

Bama / Clemson: for all the marbles.

Bama targeting headshots. If I'm Clemson, there'd be some crack back blocks coming until someone has to leave the field.

    Rain City Redemption

Really enjoyed when Wilson was calling out possible plays while on the bench (with Lynch and Bevell) and then executing them.

Is Wilson still injured or just overweight?

Last year he focused on speed and the payoff wasn't that great. His elevated play was not dependent upon his speed. He also was still getting sacked heavily. Wilson also is less prone to flee the pocket (unlike Boykin), so his hesitation while looking to pass may make him appear slower...

    Wilson last night

Noticed that also. Exasperated at the futility of those run plays.

Does Britt stir the drink on the O Line ?

Britt being out was my greatest concern. Too much inexperience on the line to compensate for him being out. Figured they could handle those out on the D.

    Artificial noise, good luck!

This. Have seen the same for a bit. Tyrod Taylor sure didn't.

Inside the SEA vs NE highlights....AWESOME VIDEO

Course they have to leave the announcers berating the officials for not calling PI on the last call. Unsure if that was from Patriot announcers, but still.

Hugh Millen sounding off this Morning

That wasn't exactly Pete's take. He said the time it took for the protections to be set and the D to reveal themselves, left Russell perceiving he didnt have time to change the routes. He didn't say he took too long. Was he too slow? Can't say, because I wasn't behind the center. And I can't see...

Compare Dallas final play to win vs Eagles..

As mentioned already, Pete noted that Russell would have changed the play, but ran out of time after getting protection set. Sounded like something they'd gone over, from his tone. Now I don't know if that took too long or if he was short on clock by the time they lined up. Pete also mentioned...

    Jimmy Graham for Max Unger

Also wasn't unger missing multiple games a year for the last 2 or 3?

    #3 RW PECTORAL injury

Thank you. Any perception that Wilson has softened up on his training is missing the point on this dude. He is obsessively meticulous on just about everything he does. Thus we get the robot conversations. And yes, it can be kinda weird for those of us wired differently. Forget football...

    Everyone's blaming Bevell, but......

My main issue with Bevell is he seems to stick with plans that depend on at least average blocking and when it isn't there, he still runs the plays. Where are the plays that take into account when things are going badly upfront. For example...I know there weren't many plays, but hardly any pass...

    Russ health

I'm guessing the high ankle sprain is still more of issue., affecting cuts and acceleration.
