    It's a good thing I watched the game

    My problem is, low scoring games open up the possibility of losing on a fluky, weird way, where the better team doesn't win. For example, that tipped interception that turned into a 50 yard pass. Weird crap happens, and I'd rather not be within spitting distance of the other team when it does.

    That's not the same situation as Sunday. With Romo fumble, even if they'd kicked it through, we would've had 1:30 to get that FG back. On Sunday, we had 30 some seconds. HUGE difference.

    He just said it in an interview on the post game show. Given the injuries at WR, it seems like he should for most plays. Harvin can continue at slot where he's most comfortable, and where his skills can be used best.

    Mini-beast

    The first missed tackle, he kind of jumped and swung his legs to the side. I don't ever remember seeing a player do something like that, in that way. The guy is so unconventional when he runs with the football. It's exciting to watch. Dude is a playmaker.

    We survived a Mike Carey game.

    Tate's was one of the worst calls I've ever seen. ET's was within a hair of being equally bad. PI calls this year around the league have been inconsistent and frequently wrong.

    A few random thoughts from this game

    Yeah, I feel better about this win then the StL victory. At least today, we played one very good half of football. Last week it was terrible from start to finish, but we managed to eke it out.

    I'm going to second this. Dude looks beefed up this year, and I haven't seen many missed tackles this year compared to his previous 2 seasons. Of course, I may be biased b/c I own his jersey. :)
