All from the same source at this point, but with the trade deadline approaching, the next few days could get interesting.

Not sure what you mean - I'm mixing apples & oranges. I was responding to XxX's suggestion of bringing Hunt off the practice squad. In order to do that they would need to cut someone from the 53 to make room for him. I thought XxX wanted to bring Hunt up for 1 game (v HOU) , but XxX has since...
I don't know if that is true. I think their salary is guaranteed for 3 weeks not that they have to be on the active roster for 3 games.
Either way... I only meant that Hunt would only be playing for 1 game (assuming Britt's injury doesn't linger). If they activate Joey they risk losing a...
This is clear now - right? PRich on ground, both hands on ball and inbounds.
Beautiful camera work, by the way.

Pete just said that Russell was trying to get the offense together and Doug was trying to make sure that Russell got his chance to talk and that everyone was listening. Pete had already sent Cable over to talk to the offense but didn't know Russ was doing it.
So it sounds like Doug wanted...
This made me raise an eyebrow early in the week when I saw it reported that he wasn't with the team (not just not practicing, but not there) due to a personal matter.
I know his wife is pretty far into her pregnancy so I hope everything is okay with her and the baby - I do know know if it has...
Say what?!! Either this is a flat out lie or a complete failure by the coaching staff. Luke having surgery was no surprise, why weren't these guys getting ready to go?
I'm so disappointed in how P/J handle Cable and this OL situation.
Week 6
(C) Cardinals lose
(F) Niners lose
(R) Rams lose
I didn't pick the Niners to win because it's an early east coast start, but this could be the week they get their first win.
I don't think he is subject to waivers. If he was released today, he becomes a FA.
Why did Niners want to get rid of him? It seems like he was a still a good player and leader for their young team and they aren't in salary cap trouble.
I think they are a good team, but hard to tell how good. They beat Skins, Giants, Chargers, Cardinals and lost to Chiefs but played ok in that game.
I'm interested to see how they do this week, against the Panthers, who I do think are legit.
Listening to Pete's presser, he just said 'we did it' when asked about working Branden out and if it's something they would do.
Not exactly sure what he meant - maybe 'we did it' = visit or 'we did it' = deal?
