    The prevent defense is designed to prevent touchdowns, not field goals. Clearly, with 30 seconds left, the Falcons were going to try to get into FG position and thus the prevent was not the right defense. Our coaches have called it a "soft zone", but it was clearly a prevent defense.

    You don't play a soft zone against Matty, Julio, Roddy, and Tony. You only play soft zone when you are trying to prevent a game winner, not when you are trying to keep the opponent from getting 30 yards.

    I don't have a problem with RGIII winning ROY, even though Wilson should get consideration. As awesome as our guy has been, RGIII has done more in my opinion. Besides, I'd rather win a Lombardi trophy than an individual trophy.

    I agree with the fact that if Sherman were in any other uniform, I would probably despise him. That makes me REALLY glad he's a Seahawk. He's definitely one of the "dirty nasties" that Mora said we needed on defense.
