If We Lose: 2012 or 2013?

I can see where the OP is coming from. 2012, there were no real expectations. We came in as underdogs and went through some early season adversity. There were more epic nail-biters - vs GB, vs NE, @ CHI, @WAS, @ATL. Seeing the grit, for the first time, was very special. The fact that we...

21K fine for first hit on Percy

No, I felt the first was intentional. Especially in light of the congratulations he received on the sidelines. The one in the endzone, he dove and would have had no way of knowing that he would end up hitting Harvin in the back of the head. The contact is first made to Harvin's back before...

21K fine for first hit on Percy

Yeah and the fact that it netted a penalty... yet they were high fiving him and patting him on the back. Theres your proof of intent, sammyc.

Who are your top 10 Seahawks?

We legitimately have 6 or 7 guys that would each rank inside the top 5 at their respective positions. Loaded. 1. Wilson 2. ET 3. Lynch 4. Sherman 5. Okung 6. Bennett 7. Chancellor 8. Wagner 9. Tate 10. Unger

    1st Round Pass Catchers

Kearse only got thrust into a larger role out of necessity. If Rice were still healthy, despite Rice's inability to gain separation, Kearse would barely see the field. That said, Kearse did fix his drop issues with his lasik surgery. How do you fix KB's issues?

    1st Round Pass Catchers

One example is that catch he made against the Jags on the pass RW lofted. http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-high ... 23-yard-TD I think you're wrong... Sidney Rice had a huge radius and was great at making catches away from the body. His issue was getting separation. These are similar...

    1st Round Pass Catchers

This is why I want the best football player rather than the best football body. Our FO values players that can turn low risk plays into big results. I also suspect the FO covets players that can maximize Wilson's ability to extend plays. Robinson will fight to get open and come back to his QB...

    1st Round Pass Catchers

I mentioned him twice. Once because he is 6'3. I'm sorry. Is he not? And once because of Robinson's screen game and YAC ability. I happen to think crabtree is a better comparison but crab is too small by your standards at just 6'1

    Next Lynch?

I remember posting that video here right after we drafted him. Highlights are deceiving. The guy has something like 4.6 speed and doesn't have the lateral quickness to make defenders miss. Good player for sure but not one that can replace marshawn. At least in my own mind.

    TE Duel

I don't think your characterization of the average roster-bater is fair. We may not have the inside scoop like you and Kearly do, but I think we are well aware of the coke issues. We're also aware of how the Seahawks run their program - focusing far more on the players' mental health than...

    Next Lynch?

I think Ware has power, but doesnt have any wiggle or burst. His future is at FB where Coleman has taken an early lead. I dont think the Hawks are long for Turbin. Michael is clearly the way forward but it doesn't hurt to have an insurance policy.

    Question: (Bowie at G Thread)

There are just so many other guys we need to bring back, including Bennett, Golden Tate and Tony McDaniel. There's also Doug Baldwin, Walter Thurmond, Tavaris Jackson, Lemuel Jean-Pierre, etc. I just find it hard to believe that Breno is anywhere near the top of our priorities given the salary...

    TE Duel

I like Colt Lyerla in the 7th or as a UDFA. Greater needs in the earlier rounds including WR, OG and DE.

    1st Round Pass Catchers

I'm in agreement with Kigenzun. Allen Robinson is the best fit for our offense and the most ready to contribute. Some brief scouting notes: catch away from body, very nice vision after the catch, takes great angles http://youtu.be/K-cuNKb4Kjk?t=2m10s Takes unbelievable angles...

    Question: (Bowie at G Thread)

Sammy Watkins, Mike Evans, and Marqise Lee are all expected to go higher than him. You expect 4 WRs to go in the first round given how deep the class is?
