    I find it interesting that he didn't feel the need to avoid Sherman. Hopkins won some of those balls, but some of those throws were ridiculous with Sherm in great position. One was a fairly blatant push off.

    That was Hopkins. And he took a poor angle. Getting caught in the open field will do that at times. When you're flying up to contain a mistake, you don't always end up making the play.

    I had to listen to the game on radio. Raible actually went "my voice is just toast" and Warren Moon's voice was cracking as well and he said "I'm sorry, my voice is just gone". They were both spent at the end of that game.

    Funny, my first thought was that if we can actually keep Brown...it's pretty damn cheap. Our FO doesn't hit well on 1st round OL picks, and given the state of college OL's, 1st round talent isn't a given anyways.

    How is this "sadly" ? That's just football. Name me one #1 defense that was paired with a bottom 10 offense. I would say go all the way back to the 2000 Ravens, and even then that offense was ranked 19th I believe.

    It's not a for sure win. And that's for sure. Schedule doesn't look easy, but other than Philly there are no real dominant teams on the slate. Philly is just that solid all the way around and has a good DL to screw with our offense.
