    I proudly own a couple SB XL jerseys and a XLIX one as well. Although the Hawks lost, getting to the SB is something we as fans should be proud of and not take for granted. Wanna know what's worse than losing a SB? Not being relevant.

    Not going to happen. Why would we cut our 27 year old starting LT 3 weeks before the regular season for a 33 year old guard? Also, if Okung signs elsewhere next year we get a compensatory pick, if we outright cut him this year we'll get nothing. Makes no sense to me.

    Matthews has done nothing in this camp to supplant Kearse. He still has a lot to prove this preseason.

    I meant on the 53 man roster NOT now. I'm well aware of how much Kearse makes in comparison to the other WR's but we've only had a small sample size of Matthews so the jury is still out on how effective he'll be. Kearse has much more meaningful game experience and clutch catches to his name...

    Unless Norwood has a great preseason I don't see him making the roster, he's proven nothing so far. I originally thought Lockette would get cut but with Lane already out and the emphasis this team has on special teams I don't see that happening. Those who don't think Kearse has earned a roster...

Also, we're already young and inexperienced at the position why get even younger by cutting Kearse who's arguably our best WR in the clutch...

    Exactly. I'm around 8,000 or so on the BP list and I'll gladly wait if it means the team is successful. If the Hawks have one bad season though I guarantee thousands of casual/fair weather fans will be jumping off the wagon, which will open up a lot of seats.

    Ordered a 12th Man SB jersey in blue (the more expensive one since the basic was out of my size). I waited too long last year and missed on the white SB jerseys so I ended up with a wolf grey RW instead. I'm still happy to own Hasselbeck and Tatupu SB XL jerseys even though we lost.
