    Get well Bowman.

I hope he is able to recover fully, and by the time the season starts. A few years ago I thought Willis was the best LB in the league, but it seems like Bowman has overtaken him. It sucks to see such an incredible athlete injured. If anyone really was throwing food at him that was totally classless.

    Bowie inactive?

That is weird. Is he hurt? I thought he did great against NO.

Congrats on a good season, Seahawks

I understand this post. If the Hawks lose I won't feel like posting - or even lurking, since I don't post all that much anyways.

    richard sherman beats commercial

Beats are expensive pieces of crap anyways. Sennheiser, Grado, Shure... many companies make better, often for cheaper, sometimes way cheaper. I have not heard of any audiophiles who use them. They are all marketing, geared towards people who don't know better.

    Jeremy Lane

Exactly! I am not sure I have ever seen a gunner who was in position every single kick like he is. Even Alex Bannister wasn't that good, and iirc he actually made the Pro Bowl. And, as noted above, he seems to be able to translate that talent into playing pretty well as a DB.

    Panthers and Whiners

Great stop by the Carolina D, and what a throw to close the deal this time!

    Panthers and Whiners

I think all three remaining NFC teams are too physical for any of the remaining AFC teams. The NFCCG is going to be the real heavyweight championship fight.

    Jeremy Lane

I posted this in the game day forum too but it didn't get much attention because at the time people were worried. I just want to say, Jeremy Lane is a ~phenomenal~ gunner. He is always right on the spot, and he is a great tackler. He has to be one of the Seahawk's best ever.

VERY reminiscent of the 2005 playoff game vs Washington

I will never forget Hass taking the Redskin's best shot, putting the team on his back, and willing his way to a win when it initially looked like the Redskins were going to be too physical for us.

    THAT Lockette tackle...

That speed is unreal, he leaves the defenders behind like he is in a completely different gear, and then wow what a hit! It would be great if he too is able to translate his talent to the field and turns into something. At least he has been contributing.

    I am back to…..

I like Carolina, I see a lot of us in your team. Good luck next week.

    Hails to KJ Wright!

Ah, that must have been when he lowered his shoulder and initiated contact with the tackler ~in the opposite direction of where he was traveling~ instead of continuing forward. I wondered what was up with that play. :)

    Injury news?

It seemed like Irvin was holding his leg after getting flipped but I never heard any diagnosis.

Jared Allen interview about this week's matchup

I was just thinking the same thing. :) Jared Allen is hilarious. I heard a crazy rumor recently that the front office was interested in him, but I don't know if there was any truth to it. I would love to see him in a Seahawks uniform.

    O-Line Rotation

I didn't notice any drop off at Center.

    Doogie owns that sideline, dang.

    The Right side OL

Thanks for all of these detailed notes. Sweezey worries me. He is very athletic for his size but it seems like he makes so many mistakes being such a recent switch from D, he just doesn't seem like an NFL starter. Every so often I see him do something pretty spectacular like a second level...
