WR-Andy Isabella, UMass, 5-10/195, a true deep threat.

I like both Isabella but without a 2nd and 3rd I think he’s is out of our price range unless he drops greatly because of size concerns (small stature and hands). A guy who might be available in the 4th is Anthony Johnson who has good size at 6’3” and well rounded skill set but coming off a...

Should Russel Wilson take Tom Brady like deal? (Times)

That’s a great point! I don’t expect Russ to accept less than market value on his 3rd deal (especially since his 1st one was way below market value). Make him the highest paid player on another back loaded 5 year. In the middle of that contract they could restructure and add some below market...

    Free Agent Signings For 2019

Biggest FA signing won’t cost them a comp pick and that’s Frank Clark. Make it happen.

    The Big Prototypical #1 WR

I think a 1st round WR is a pipe dream but if it did happen I would prefer Kelvin Harmon from N.C. State. He’s 6’3” with elite hands and body control and is by far the best run blocker in this class.

Which position do we upgrade first via draft?

Obviously DL is in play but I believe a free safety to replace ET will be strongly considered. Nasir Adderley, Delaware would be a great addition to the secondary.

    AB to SF?

Better he goes to the Bills than the whiners. Rooney just came out and acknowledged they might trade him. I know it’s a $21M cap hit for Pitt but what about the new team are they only responsible for $12M base salary? If that’s the case I could see a lot of interest.

Only 4 draft picks this year?!

The 2019 2nd was always part of the deal for Brown but after Lane flunked the physical then the Seattle had to include their 2018 3rd and received back Houston’s 2018 5th.

Only 4 draft picks this year?!

Not necessary, the best rookie kicker was Mike Badgely of the Chargers and he wasn’t even drafted. I think all the drafted kickers ended up sucking.

I dont see a low scoring game

Both teams are run heavy and burn clock on offense so honestly I can’t see total points past low 50s let alone reach 60s. However, I do think you’re right that both teams will be able to move the ball and put up points.

    Delicious Spiral Ham

I know nobody cares about fantasy but this rain maker won me my league! Thank you Russ and Lockett for another great regular season and I cannot wait to see what the future brings.

    Chris Carson is good.

I noticed the same thing today he got bent backwards one time that looked similar to the injury last year.

Earl Thomas leads all NFL defensive players in PFF grade

Ed Reed was an All Pro at 32 and made the pro bowl at 33 & 34 but that may have been reputation based his stats were declining. He had a down year at 35, he was released and played for two different teams and then retired. The fall off happens fast. I think it’s a good comparison. So would...

Earl's taunting penalty--bowing at the Boys sideline

I thought so too. That essentially sealed the game so why not?

Fluker hurt again (hamstring), Sweezy is back at RG

Dickson is “hopeful” to practice next week and play week 1. He must have sustained a major quad injury but no details were provided that I’m aware. Sounds like it will be a lot of Vannett and Dissly opening day.

QB Brett Hundley Traded To Seahawks

Hundley is a much better fit in Seahawks offense. There aren’t many QBs in the league that would have been successful in his situation last year. I think it’s a good trade and next year’s #6 is not a steep price to pay. McGough will likely end up on PS and there will be a better competition...

Baldwin is back (and other injury news)

He stared by joking that he hasn’t been 100% since birth and nobody is 100% during the season. If you put it in the proper context then it might actually be good news that he’s close to 100%.

Is Tyler Lockett Poised to have a HUGE Year?

Was Lockett even on the field last night because I didn’t see him?

Seahawks host free agent pass rusher Junior Galette

The charges were dropped on that but there is also video of him participating in a brawl and he was tasered by the police just last year. I’m glad they passed.

McKissic out 4-6 weeks per Schefter

Can McKissic go on the PUP for the first 6 games or not because he already practiced and played? If not I guess he’s headed for IR and he might return week 9 if Prosise is hurt again. However, there is good news on Penny and it looks like he will be ready for week 1 and maybe even see some...
