K.J. Wright has agreed to a short-term contract.

Excellent! Great individual and contributor to the team. Wonderful news.

    Do You Trust John Schneider?

A year ago this time the team and coaches were being completely dismantled. It was around this time that Richard Sherman and Jimmy Graham were gone and I didn't see how, with all the changes, we would win many games in the new season? Turns out he knew what he was doing and we had a great...

Is Bobby Wagner a Hall of Fame LB?

Exactly about Keuckly. While he is a quality individual and player his name comes up more at LB than Wagner. Even on our team Wilson and Earl are bigger names than Bobby. Back here in the Midwest, not many know the name Bobby Wagner which is a shame. Wagner doesn't draw a lot of attention to...

    Is Doug Baldwin done?

With Baldwin's health somewhat of a question after last year and Lockett approaching a contract year our 2019 FA activity and draft picks should be interesting at WR

Bills apparently interested in Frank Clark

It seems in John and Pete's world everyone is open to being traded or cut given the right circumstances. Perhaps that's true of all NFL teams, but even more true here. I would say everything is always on the table in Seattle under the right circumstances.

Is Bobby Wagner a Hall of Fame LB?

From Pete Caroll "His first Pro Bowl selection followed Seattle's ascension to the top of the football world, making the postseason showcase in the 2014 season. The Seahawks, of course, came a yard away from winning Super Bowl XLIX that year, and while they never returned, Wagner maintained his...

Earl Wants To Be Highest Paid Safety in NFL

He did have an amazing (but short) season last year with Seattle. Had he been healthy all year, would this discussion be different? Would he have been re signed by Seattle? Would our playoff run have been different? Walter Jones was irritating with his hold out antics, but fans soon forgot...

Earl Wants To Be Highest Paid Safety in NFL

Another, of many, reasons his time here is over. "His goal is to become the highest paid safety in the NFL, topping the $13 million annual contract of Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry, despite coming off a fractured leg that ended his 2018 season early."[...

RW3 TOP 10 Mold breaker of all time

In addition to everything that has been said about his height and on field performance, he is also a tremendous leader and person. His weekly visits to the children s hospital on his day off and all his contributions to charity is admirable. Many parents, even parents who don't like football...

Russell Wilson to Giants? - NBC Sports comentary

Well, the story hit John Clayton's radar. "The biggest non-story of the Seahawks’ offseason is thoughts on the team possibly trading quarterback Russell Wilson." http://sports.mynorthwest.com/605944/cl ... offseason/

    Predictions For Next Year

    1. Seabass gets moved to the OL to compete with Pocic for back up LG after weighing in at over 300 lbs. 2. Prosise makes the roster again next year for the same reason he did this year (I have no idea why though?) 3. Pete changes the brand of gum he is chewing to see if that gives him an...

Will Seabass be back nest year?

What is the difference between kicking it 60 yards or so into the end zone on a kick off, but a 57 yard field goal is different and requires different mussels etc? A 60 yard kick is a 60 yard kick whether a field goal or kick off? So what's the difference? Can't wait to see who our kicker is...

The 2 Seahawk teams this year

I think some of the inconsistency is a lot of new players and coaches, but then again it seems like the past several seasons we haven't been consistent. That could be a problem for all teams as we play under a salary cap. Point taken we beat the Cardinals, but you are right it didn't feel...

The 2 Seahawk teams this year

There is the one that beat the Chiefs, then there is the one that lost to the Cardinals and 49ers during that same 4 week period. You never know which one is going to show up?

Will Seabass be back nest year?

Apparently it is a serious question as the team kept him? But yes, can't believe we have to ask this? We just seem to make crazy decisions regarding kickers to save a few $$ and cost us a lot of games.

"Time To Throw" for Seahawks--according to USA Today

Is this the same publication that said we would only win 4 games this year?

Go Eagles, NFC Championship game in Seattle?

I like our chances against Dallas and either the Saints or Rams if we play to our ability. Since we have been home the last 3 out of 4 games, a 2 week road game stretch won't be that bad. Hard to evaluate the Eagles? Bears aren't bad, but I think the Eagles can beat them. It could happen!

Go Eagles, NFC Championship game in Seattle?

If we win 2 and Philadelphia wins 2 then the NFC Championship game is in Seattle right? As long as Seattle wins I'm a huge Eagles fan this month. Wonder if that's ever happened before - 2 wild card teams playing in the conference championship game? Go Hawks, Go Eagles!
