Marshawn Lynch to hold out of training camp

The fines start Friday don't kid yourself if they don't give him more money it's possible he never takes another snap so this is a serious situation. We'll see where were at in a couple days.

Marshawn Lynch to hold out of training camp

Not good news but it's not unexpected and hopefully they give him some more money and it's over fairly quickly.

    Cassius Marsh

Marsh played all over the line but last year he slimmed down and played mostly outside at DE. He's a DE/LEO at least that's what they have told us.He's listed as a DE at 268 according to UCLA website for last season.

    Paul Richardson

Richardson will be a good player I'm hoping for a great player but I don't expect him to get a ton of playing time unless Kearse struggles there are injuries or he flat out plays to good to keep him off the field. Same for Norwood .

Well that sounds good but there are so many variables, down and distance man vs zone base nickel dime and how well he actually plays on the field. So it's a little early for those kinds of defensive tendency's to be anything but speculation.

    WR competition got more complex

Yes this is all speculation training camp is around the corner and things will become a lot clearer. I'd agree he has an uphill battle but he's young has experience and he's the only 6'5 WR on the roster.

    WR competition got more complex

Lockette has never seen any real playing time at WR in Seattle they just drafted two WR's in the draft and now all of a sudden there going to go to him I don't see it.

    WR competition got more complex

Chris Matthews 6'5 ran a 4.5 most outstanding rookie of the year in the CFL is 24 years old. Why some of you are aren't giving him any chance of making the team is strange. With the retirement of Rice he has a legit shot to make this team if he plays well.

Apparently in your opinion you can't question anything the FO does, well we might as well shut down the entire draft portion of this forum then. I look at the draft based on my evaluation of the players period, because I enjoy grading players myself OK. It has nothing to do with conventional or...

    WR competition got more complex

I'm hoping Matthews makes the team over Lockette and the reason is simple we have Harvin and Richardson we don't need him. We don't have a 6'5 all purpose WR on the team and I believe we need one.

    Sidney Rice to Retire

The silver lining I guess is with the him retiring now he won't be taking valuable playing time from the other WR's and the FO can properly prepare and evaluate what they have and put out the best possible roster . This also means both Rooks will probably get more playing time this preseason...

    Sidney Rice to Retire

This opens the door for Matthews to get a legit shot to make the team if he plays well. This is a big loss in my opinion when healthy he was very good player for us and the only 6'4 all purpose WR we had.

    Russell Wilson and Steve McNair

That's my conclusion as well they can't admit they were wrong so they come up with lame ass excuses and theory's. I don't know if some of them will ever give him the respect he's earned but that's there problem.

    Russell Wilson and Steve McNair

I find the whole game manager argument amusing because I've looked at those numbers and seen him play ,it's just a flat out fact that Wilson is an elite QB as of right now. Unless your one of those guys that wants to throw out every stat except passing yards per game to support your delusion ...

Biggest obstacle standing in our way to repeat.

We split with them last season and the NFCCG came down to a 4rth quarter drive in Seattle that was decided on the last play , I think CK already is a tough opponent for us.

Worst Officiating Call of the Season?

What that tells me an anyone that as an once of common sense was they made a lot of bad calls against us over the course of the season, and made a lot of calls that helped Indy and there new fair haired boy Luck.

Worst Officiating Call of the Season?

Some of the cheap calls at SF and INDY still bother me.

Biggest obstacle standing in our way to repeat.

Right now I would have to say the refs they have a tremendous amount of power to decide the outcome of a game and we have seen it before on more than one occasion.

    Paul Richardson

I think there's a good chance they both get playing time this year.
