    Senior Bowl 1-28 NFLN

Obi Melifonwu looked legit as a possible CB in the few reps I saw of him lined up at CB. For me he is the most intriguing player in the draft. I love fact that the Seahawks were one of the teams showing the most interest in Obi. I would like the signing of Terrell McClain. Signing McClain...

New Oregon Football Coach Caught Drunk Driving in Eugene

That's fine man...Maybe it was that first post that struck me as unsympathetic to the situation and more concerned that it was a rival team falling apart. Let's just leave it at that. I understand now that you were more concerned that the coach could have potentially hurt someone....and you...

So... Maybe it was just the Falcons?

I have been pulling for the Falcons since we lost to them. The Falcons win the Super Bowl and at least we have a built in excuse to losing in the playoffs..."we lost to the best team in the NFL". And I kind of really dislike Aaron Rodger's Packers, along with the Steelers "Big Ben". Now...

New Oregon Football Coach Caught Drunk Driving in Eugene

Yeah, well that didn't happen! That's cool if you want to add "what if's" to your "ha, ha look at what happened to them" remarks. Maybe I could see your side of it if you would have originally posted this as a tragic, yet lucky he didn't hurt some one post...

New Oregon Football Coach Caught Drunk Driving in Eugene

I'm not a fan in celebrating someone's down situation in life, even if it is with a rival team.

    My goal for this draft

My main goal would be to infuse our defense with some more playmakers. We could land a few defensive studs in the first three rounds of the draft. Then with one of our 3rd round picks I would target a player to play RT. Finally, use later round picks on a RB and a athletic TE. I want us to...

    CB making the most sense

Interior pass rushers is not great at the end of the 1st round. There is a small possibility that Michigan St DT Malik McDowell could fall to us in the 1st round, whom I would love for us to draft. Other than McDowell, we could reach for Norte Dame DT Jarron Jones or Washington DT Elijah...

Jabrill Peppers, what am I missing?

IMO the Seahawks coaching staff can bring out the best of secondary prospects than any other team in the NFL. I could see coach Carroll, a former college DB, taking a vested interest in coaching up Peppers. Peppers has the size and athleticism to play anywhere in the secondary if coached up.

    CB making the most sense

I totally agree. Washington's Sidney Jones is too short with sub 32 inch arms, USC's Adoree' Jackson looks too raw & and not quick twitch enough for being a sub-6-0 ft player, & Florida's Quincy Wilson looks to have short arms (sub 32 inch). I could easily see Washington's Kevin King being...

    Senior Bowl 1-28 NFLN

I wouldn't doubt it. Here is some highlight tape of Auclair. He looks like a beast when run blocking and impressive in pass pro. Also, looks fairly athletic and plays with an edge as a receiver. 5-5mUGBVQMg

I like Mayock as well, he's passionate when giving his scouting thoughts on prospects. FYI those scouting reports on players that played in last years game.

Jabrill Peppers, what am I missing?

A handful of years ago, I remember seeing this big freshman CB playing for LSU and was like "who is freak athlete", it was Patrick Peterson. When Peppers went to Michigan I thought he had a chance to be the next Patrick Peterson. I was kind of disappointed when Michigan had Peppers playing...

    Senior Bowl 1-28 NFLN

All-Star games are always intriguing and a nice tool for evaluating talent. Here is a list of players I'll be keeping an eye on, and I highlighted players I think fit the Seahawks. EAST TEAM (RB) De'Veon Smith 5-11 228 lbs, Michigan: Smith is my favorite late round RB. Smith is really...

How bad was Kearse this year?

I was undecided on how I felt about re-signing Kearse this past season. Now I would rather us cut him. Lets use his roster spot on a player with more upside and that is cheaper. I be surprised if Kearse makes the 53 man roster next season.

    New 2017 Seahawks mock draft

It's a weak draft for o-line, the value defiantly isn't there for us in the 1st round and may not be great in the 2nd or 3rd rounds.

    New 2017 Seahawks mock draft

1st round pick #27 - (DT/DE) Malik McDowell 6-5 280 lbs, Michigan St: McDowell is an athletic, versatile big man. The Seahawks seem to prefer 300 + lbs DT's, but McDowell's athletic ability could have them salivating about how they could use him. dUuvIxjVpz8 2nd round - (LB) T.J. Watt 6-5...

    Seahawks 2017 mock draft

Our offensive line was good except for the past two seasons, so prior to 2016 we didn't really need to sign a big time o-line free agent. Coach Carroll mentioned that this past off-season they were really interested in signing OC Alex Mack. We didn't sign him because we could not financially...

    Seahawks 2017 mock draft

I as well hope we sign a legit o-lineman or two in free agency. We have the money this free agency to land one of the best OG in the NFL and add a young-ish veteran lineman with upside.

If the Seahawks had the 1st pick, who would you take?

I would take Jonathan Allen. Everyone is clamoring for more pressure from the interior of the defensive line and Allen would solve that concern. I really hope the 49ers don't draft him, its bad enough we have to go against Aaron Donald twice a year.

    Seahawks 2017 mock draft

There isn't a top-10 type of OT in this draft, but Wisconsin OT Ryan Ramczyk and Utah OT Garett Bolles are legit 1st round talents. Ramczyk and Bolles aren't elite, like former top-10 OT's Trent Williams or Tyron Smith, but they mid to late 1st round talents. Both may fall to us due to Ramczyk...
