    It also should not be downplayed that we did so against arguably the team with the most talent in football. It's one thing for your player to make improvements against the Bengals, against the 49ers is pretty impressive in itself.

    I think some are losing sight about how hard it is to game plan against Sherman who knows their system inside and out. The 49ers stumped us for the first hald, but we made some pretty solid game plan alterations for the second.

    Wilson is elite. Pete Carrol is good. The O-Line is below average. The running backs are now way below average. The wide receivers have the potential to be great, but usually put forth an average showing.

    The linebacker coverage issue is not overblown. Even just re-watching the highlights of the game tells a simply story of "have random receiver run crossing route against over matched LB, gain big yardage." See images below.
