Friday Update Injury Report vs Vikings

So basically sticking to same strategy as when both Walker and Charbs were healthy.

    Felt like Lambeau

I'm not surprised that there were lots of Packers fans at the game. The Packers fan base has a big presence here. There was a bar on the eastside (Kirkland) that was a Packer bar. It had more Packer memorabilia than Seattle sports stuff. It used to be called Sluggers.

    Felt like Lambeau

I disagree and I have lived here since 1977 and been a Seahawk fan since. No one cared about the Ms until 1995 when they made the playoffs for the first time in history. Sonics were the hottest ticket until the early 80s once they started to lose and trade away their fan loved players like...

    Felt like Lambeau

You're doing the same thing that you are accusing me of. I'm not making excuses for anyone. Living here for the past 47 years, It's my opinion that Seattle is a fair weather fan city. It always has been. When their teams win, people show up. When they don't they don't. The Seahawks have...

    Geno injury

I think the Seahawks are already on the way there with Geno Smith. Geno isn't getting any younger and considering his play in the red zone the past few years, he isn't getting better there either.

    Felt like Lambeau

That may be your opinion but the apparently rest of those in Seattle and surrounding areas don't seem to feel that way. Win games at home and people will start to show up again. They have a losing record at home. Not many people are going to waste their money on watching a team lose on their...

    Decompressed

Not sure why anyone would think the Seahawks have the easiest schedule. The team with the easiest schedule, hands down, are the Cards.

    Geno injury

This one was from last season. Not sure what he was thinking here. He just climbed the pocket into a sack. https://www.49ers.com/video/arik-armstead-javon-hargrave-sack-red-zone-geno-smith-seahawks-nfl

    Geno injury

These may be examples of what folks are trying to say about Geno staying in the pocket and not moving - https://www.packers.com/video/sacked-by-rashan-gary-packers-vs-seahawks-2024 https://www.packers.com/video/devonte-wyatt-sack-packers-vs-seahawks-2024 In that second video, most QBs would...

    Geno injury

I wish Geno would use his head more in the red zone. The Seahawks could actually score more points.

    We Cannot Beat Good Teams

The Seahawks lost to the Giants, at home. They can't beat the bad teams here either.

I hope this ends the Sam Howell talk

The only thing Geno seems to be elite at on a consistent basis is turning the ball over in the red zone. He's a hall of famer in that category.

    Felt like Lambeau

Seahawks can't win at home. They just cemented a losing record at home for the season tonight.

Until JS actually builds an OL…

Until the Seahawks learn how to win at home and protect their home field, there is no chance they will even reach the playoffs.

    Trouble in Santa Clara

Chris98251 is correct. It was 2014 season and it was vs. Dallas Cowboys game in which Percy Harvin refused to go in the game. It was the last time he wore a Seahawks uniform too. So it wasn't the season they won the Superbowl but the season after.

    Offensive line resurgence

The OL put together their best game of this season thus far. Since Laumea has started and some resemblance of stability is starting to show. It was a great game for them but the Cards DL is probably one of the weakest they faced all year. LJ Collier is a starter on their DL. Need anymore...

5 Games left how many do we win?

The Seahawks have fared better on the road this season than at home. They are 4-1 on the road. All games on the road are winnable. The home games are against tougher teams - GB and Minnesota. If there road success continues, they could get to 10 wins which should be enough to take the divison.
