    JSN on Shane Waldron

HAHAHAHA, that's awesome; and very telling. Bears fans, be worried. That being said, who knows how much of Waldron's faults were ultimately because of Pete Carroll. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he was much better in Chicago.

This is just sad. One begins to wonder if Sgt. Largent has ever been meaningfully exposed to views other than his own, considering how his brain cannot fathom any explanation beyond a single very simplistic one.

    Taylor Swift

I notice you're not listing how much audio time talking about her. Something must be said for the week-after-week-after-week cumulative effect as well.

Debatable on Jerruh, but he's the OWNER of the team, it's football-related! Same with clips of the parents of athletes, but numerous? No, that's way overstating the reality.

    Taylor Swift

It doesn't really bother me either. Mildly annoying after the 4th or 5th time in one game, but no more. What does bother me is not loving Taylor Swift resulting in me being branded as a sexist @$$hole by naive twits, however.

Show me a regular season game, not Super Bowl or playoff game, where one non-athlete got as much coverage (audio and video forms) as Taylor Swift did each week she attended a Chiefs regular season game. I may die of old age before you find one.

You see misogyny everywhere because you want to. Go ahead, make yourself feel better by thinking I'm sexist. You don't even realize it, but stances like yours CONTRIBUTE to the actual problem of sexism.

    Taylor Swift

I'm annoyed with how much she's cut to during games and discussed. It's excessive. It's not sexist, though that's a really popular stance a lot of people are taking right now. I'd still be annoyed with it if it was one of my favorite male musicians. I watch football for football, not commercials...

    Where did Pete go wrong?

I am also looking forward to not hearing as much from the "Pete's great, the game plan is fine, we just didn't execute" crowd, who specialized in IGNORING the fact that execution is a LOT harder when the defense knows exactly what you're going to do all the damn time.

    Where did Pete go wrong?

Not to mention relying on an undersized receiver to perform a key block. It was idiocy in like literally three different ways.

    Where did Pete go wrong?

His players get frustrated with our boring predictability. Here's Doug Baldwin responding to me confirming it many years ago.

    Quinn to the Commanders

I wish Quinn all the best. Also, one thing many should keep in mind is that a LOT of very successful head coaches had a prior head coaching stint that didn't go so well. Seems like learning on the job has been a big prerequisite for success for many successful head coaches. Just something to...

Do we have the pieces to run Mike McD's Defense?

Remember a decade ago when every defender within a dozen yards of the ball carrier swarmed towards him and our tackling was phenomenal? That sure would be nice to see again.

    Chiefs/Ravens

Lamar sucks still, anybody who disagrees just stop ignoring facts and STFU. Also, what a series of lucky (combined with skillful, it must be admitted) events in the 2nd half for the Niners. Ugh.
