In my opinion, the QB with the closest ceiling in terms of raw abilities in this QB class is Byrum Brown. Arch Manning and a few others are very athletic too.

Milroe has instant gas though. That's what makes him unique as a QB. Very few in NFL/CFB have this type of acceleration. Mike Vick and Lamar Jackson are two that instantly come to mind.

I don't think there is a QB in this draft class that has that type of speed and acceleration though.
