I think this is the first time in history I posted news first. I should buy a lottery ticket.I was coming here to post this, and I was going to title the thread “Breaking News, Seahawks Awarded Additional 3rd Round Picks”
Yes. He is considered a Rooney Rule eligible minority candidate. The Seahawks will receive compensatory 3rd round picks in the 2027 and 2028 drafts.Don't we get two 3rd round picks for this?

Second best, if you don't mind.It sucks to lose him but congratulations to Mr. Teasley and THANK YOU Teasley for the Super Bowl Championship and I wish him the best with the Vikings!
It's probably just based on your percentage of evil white. If you fall below 50% of evil white then the NFL needs to compensate the team for losing a mostly decent human being. The origin of his minority status are murky. He was born in Federal Way and grew up in Ellensburg, which would suggest Asian ancestry as most likely.
All I care about is that he qualifies, and next year’s draft may be the best in Seahawks history
My theory is that they may feel comfortable using one or two draft picks next year on injured players with very high upside that slip through the cracks like they did with Rylie Mills.Having 12 picks seems a little on the high side unless we lose a lot of guys next year. I think the most likely scenario would be to use some of the picks to spread the wealth into future drafts.
