The Seahawks are looking for players who are tough, smart, physical and reliable. Last April, the Seahawks' GM and president of football operations described Seattle's draft class as, "smart, tough, reliable, swaggy, athletic, speed," and that group included multiple rookies who played a big role in the team's Super Bowl-winning season, led by guard Grey Zabel and safety Nick Emmanwori.

Before the Cowboys acquired Javonte Williams, they played Robert Fulton Newhouse as a multi-position fullback/running back as welll as a special teams contributor over the course of 12 years. Highly successful. As I recall, tackling Newhouse was described as like trying to tackle a bowling ball.

I would like to apply for that position. I am reliable, work well without supervision, and majored in jackassery at Browneye University. I can also be paid with Monster drinks , gummy bears, and Reese Cups.

I used to pay attention to all the previous draft predictions and " this team needs this " stuff and made my own guesses. And you know what, I've been wrong every time . So now I pretty much stick to hoping they pick a position. Afterwards I look up the guys and judge from there. It works better for me .... less disappointment, stress, and expectations. I save that for the regular season

With #32, #64 and #96 I'd go for OG, RB and CB plus maybe S after trading down a bit. Day three I'd try to get EDGE Mason Reiger. Dude's a baller.

I'd go Pregnon at #32, Mike Washington at #64, and BPA the rest of the way.

Some draft thoughts.

This will be Bradfords contract year and if no one else is brought in you are rolling with Cabeldue, Haynes and Bradford. We saw the
difference Zabel made and we've invested some $ in our great OT's but would be wise to rotate in a young upgrade at RG both for performance and to keep that position cheap.

Losing Bryant & Woolen needs to be addressed in this draft and I hope our first pick is a CB. There are some solid DB's that should go in the first two days and won't be surprised if they take two when the dust settles. The DLine is a strength but getting a little long in the tooth and it's always nice to see them identify a difference maker here.

Everyone seems to have RB high on their list but I don't see it as pressing as most. E. Wilson, Holani, McIntosh and another five hopefuls should do fine until Charbs returns.
I really like Washington Jr if the fumbles get fixed. 6-1, 230, 4.33 sounds like a poor man's Bo Jackson. If turned the corner Seth McGowan has a mindset & running style that produces and could fall far. Not worried about Singleton's metatarsal but another that could be around later. Really like Jonah Coleman, he just seems redundant to E. Wilson. If JS takes a RB day one or two they had better like him a lot, if we carry 2 FBs & 3 QBs it will be important to have RBs that produce.

I am counting on Horton, Arroyo, McIntosh, Mills, ect. to be contributors and to lessen the blow of losing some FA's and a poor draft cache.
Fill a couple of holes in the draft, John's got cap room and could pick someone up like he did Shaheed. John's already done the work, we won the SB, just add a couple that fit this winning mindset and go.
We are standing on the top until someone knocks us off.

Washington is so fast he fumbles. The Penn State rb was clocked at 23.6 mph.
