• Selection: Colston Loveland: TIGHT END: (MIchigan): 6’6: 248 lbs: No testing numbers: It might not be Miami, but I would like the Seahawks to trade up and leapfrog the Colts. Loveland is the total package. Great kid. Great production. Great football character. He’s a Mac guy. Loves ball. Loveland is an X-receiving option. It reduces the need for a true X-WR. Loveland is that dude. He can line up anywhere and everywhere. Inline? H-Back? Slot? Out wide? He can do it all. He can defeat press and he becomes an absolute matchup nightmare. Who do you put on him? He opens up JSN and Kupp to have free releases at the line of scrimmage. You pair him up again with his college buddy in A.J Barner and you have a great TE combo. Sorry Fant – you gots to go. Loveland has a career 5.4% drop rate. He has hands! I know people are going to groan and whine, but this is your #1! It allows you to get a bunch of #2 type WRs and save mucho money. Think about it. Jamarr Chase just got paid and he’s making over $40m A.P.Y. Tre McBride just got paid and he’s making over $19m A.P.Y. I see a competitive advantage opportunity! He’ll be 21 in-season.

• Selection: Ty Robinson: DEFENSIVE TACKLE: (Nebraska): 6’5: 288 lbs: 32.25’’ (Arms): 4.83 (40-Dash): 1.71 (10-Split): 4.50 (Shuttle): 33.5 (Vertical): 119’’ (Broad): 7.58 (3-Cone): 28 Reps (Bench): Robinson is a versatile D-linemen that is capable of playing everywhere on the D-line. He’s a really soft spoken dude off the field, but is a madman on the field. He goes for your throat. Robinson has a quick first step and burst off the line. I think he’ll be a great addition to the line rotation. He can spell Murphy as a NT. Where I imagine him excelling is Mac’s love to do loops and stunts on the line. You need a quick and powerful dude to do this with. Reed and Leo are both 30 or older. You need some future here. He’ll be 24 in-season.

• Selection: Josaiah Stewart: EDGE: (Michigan): 6’1: 249 lbs: 32’’ (Arms): Stewart brings something we don’t have on our Edge rotation. He brings speed and bend off the corner. Edge is a sneaky need because Nwosu is basically on a 1-year deal. Mafe is going to be 28 by his rookie deal. Lawrence is 30+. Stewart is a pass rush specialist that is bendy and explosive off the edge. Rotate him through and allow him to develop. You get two pieces for your pass rush and make it even better. Nothing wrong with it. He’ll be 22 in-season.

• Selection: Dylan Fairchild: GUARD: (Georgia): 6’5: 318 lbs: 33’’ (Arms): 27.5 (Vertical), 111’’ (Broad): Fairchild is a quality pass-protector and is developing run blocker. He allows minimal pressures and hurries. In a movement based blocking scheme, I think he can excel. He has good movement skills. He reaches the second level really well and is a former wrestler. He plays with tenacity on the field and he loves to finish. He’ll most likely be able to compete at Guard right away as a rookie. He’ll be 22 in-season.

• Selection: Elic Ayomanor: WIDE RECEIVER: (Stanford): 6’2: 206 lbs: 32.625’’ (Arms): 10’’ (Hands): 4.44 (40-Yard): 1.58 (10-split): 38.5’’ (Vertical): 127’’ (Broad): 15 Reps (Bench): This is exactly the WR you target that will excel in a WR2 or WR3 role. The Rams made a living with Kupp/Woods back in the day. Ayomanor is a physical WR that is capable of being explosive down the field. He is the best blocking WR in this class and it’s not close. He destroys people when blocking. He sports a career drop rate of 5.6%. Reliable hands and good route runner. He isn’t sudden, but there is a lot to like. He can go deep given the right play and route. He’s going to be the janitor in your WR room. He’s going to do everything and not complain about it. Stanford was a dumpster fire when he was there. QBs were bad. Offenses were bad. He’ll make a better pro. He'll be 22 in-season.

• Selection: R.J Mickens: SAFETY: (Clemson): 6’0: 199 lbs: 32.25’’ (Arms): 4.49 (40-dash): 1.55 (10-split): 41.5’’ (Vertical): 121’’ (Broad): Mickens is criminally underrated. He can play FS, SS, and big Nickle. He is versatile and smart. He tested quicker than expected and is explosive. This shows up when he has to drive on a pass or go flying in for a tackle to support the run. Equally a good run defender as a pass defender. He’s a Mac type of safety. He fits that Coby Bryant and Julian Love mold of versatile. They aren’t the biggest. They aren’t the fastest. They are smart and know how to play. They were also really productive in college. Mickens is the 3rd safety in this defense and offers another chess piece to Coach Mac. He'll be 24 in-season.

• Selection: Chandlar RIvers: CORNERBACK (Duke): 5’10: 180 lbs: He’s a feisty little CB with a nose for the ball. He flies towards the ball and wants to tackle. Plays under control most of the time. He has inside/outside versatility. He plays better in off-coverage and sitting in zone. He can allow too many easy catches and room. I think he has a lot to work with and can develop into a CB2 type. He'll be 22 in-season.

• Selection: Corey Kiner: RUNNING BACK (Cincinnati): 5’9: 209 lbs: 4.57 (40-Dash): 1.59 (10-Split): 4.44 (Shuttle): 19 Reps (Bench): Kiner is a lot of fun to watch. One of my favorite players in this draft class. Mini-Beast Mode. I know it’s a hefty name, but guys literally bounce off of him. He trucks more dudes than I see from the rest of the RB class. He constantly puts guys on the ground. He is the perfect cut-back RB in my opinion. He presses the line really well and always seems to know when to cut back. It’s a huge asset and ability in Kubiak’s offense. He might get drafted. He might not. I like him really late and he’ll offer a lot to the RB room. He'll be 23 in-season.

• Selection: Shaun Dolac: LINEBACKER (Buffalo): 6'1: 225 lbs: 30’’ (Arms): 4.63 (40-Dash): 4.22 (Shuttle): 6.93 (3-Cone): 35.5 (Vertical): 121’’ (Broad): 25 Reps (Bench): He's the classic try-hard MLB on a good team. Not the fastest. Not the biggest. Good instincts and usually gets the job done. The captain for the Buffalo defense. The Seahawks can use some depth at the LB position. He'll be 24 in-season.
