Sure would be nice if trash talking ability were the best way to tell.

Booker might be available at 18 but I would be shocked if JS took him. I would love it but I would be shocked.

Ratledge is another one that will likely go late first round. Fairchild could be available at 82.

I would think that since he didn't make a big move to shore up their biggest weakness in FA JS should go big in the draft and take Booker.

If I remember correctly, they were...okay statistically. I remember a lot of Lynch's work being through contact, which of course is what he was famous for.

I think it was the opposite, I think he had the most yards before being contacted, but I could be wrong. I will see if I can find a source.

Choosing Dallas these days is basically based on ONE thing.........$$$$$$

It certainly isn't about going to a contender.

Sometimes the best moves are the ones you don’t make. Addition for the sake of addition isn’t always an upgrade.
That strategy might make sense in a limited timeframe but we're talking about a decade of futility. Any GM using that strategy as a reason for a decade of poor performance has lost their mojo and needs to be fired.

There is some of that here. If someone doesn't want to come here, screw em. If it's for a lot more money, it is what it is. Can't ever fault a guy for getting that bag.

It's ok, future All Pro Dillon Radunz is still available, not to mention the bad ass guard John will draft in rounds 3-5. LFG!!!

fixed it for you. But he was the consensus best IOL in the entire draft
Realities like: they drafted the "Consensus best IOL in the entire draft" carries no weight here. You should know that. It will always only be JS sucks and only drafts 5-7 round IOL garbage.

I'd take a flyer on Radunz for the right price. With the right coaching, he looks like to kind of player we let go and turn into solid contributors. I'd like to see karma swing out way.

fixed it for you. But he was the consensus best IOL in the entire draft after Graham Barton, Powers-Johnson, Zach Frazier and Cooper Beebe.

Fixed it for you. He was the consensus best available IOL still on the board when we grabbed him though. And I was happy about it.

If I remember correctly, while with Seattle JS has never taken an IOL in the first round. The closest was James Carpenter in 2011 who played mostly guard during his career. However, he was drafted with the intention of playing him at right tackle.
