I'm excited again about our team. Not expecting the same season after season. Change is happening and that makes me excited again with the ups and downs coming our way. GeNo is gone..DK soon to follow? New things are on the horizon...can't wait!. The unknown is keeping me on edge...and that's a good thing.

Silly thing is I have to agree. And all it took was getting rid of that silly red zone turnover machine

Do you think if they trade DK for a high pick the package some picks and go after QB in the draft that they like? I don’t know much about QB’s in the draft this year but possible? If they do trade picks to move up and find a young QB just think of all the Cap$ they can use to add pieces.

When you lose your starting QB, the best athlete on the team says he is walking and have whole sale changes at coaching...its going to feel like a rebuild.

I have faith in MM that by the end of the off season it will be more of a Re-load, than a rebuild.

Our defense seems to say otherwise

They better get Ernest taken care of

Look, this offense was going, needed, to change. More runs. To me, Geno didn’t sell the run and he didn’t do the little things to be successful. Oh, and I realize I am going to get blasted for saying that but, maybe the team agrees. Don’t flame, because I could give to chits!

Build a dominant defense, we’re on the way to making that happen, and then a grinder offense. Pound the crap out of the ball. Make the other team quit. That’s fun football.

“trade Geno, he sucks. We can’t win with him”

*trades Geno*

“Omg we suck, it’s gonna be a long year now”

This is because we have a split here on what we think about Geno

Those who loved him are now calling it a rebuild

Those who did not are excited

They aren't the same people

I’m hoping for a rebuild tbh but, it looks like we’ll be able to do it in a lower risk way.

At least…it makes sense in my head.

If they do sign Darnold, keep DK, sign Dalman, it's suddenly anything BUT a rebuild.
They will either do what you suggest, or else tank for a QB in 2026 draft. If they do not get Darnold, this opens up cash to fill other spots on the roster.
