John Benton hired as new OL coach

I'd like to think last years struggles were on coaching. Haynes was highly regarded. Laumea clearly has the dog in him. 5 different coaches now hired with Kubiak history/ties all run game/Oline focused? I think we may see just how far out of his depth Grubb was.

    Quandre Diggs on Seattle's "problem"

He couldn't be calling John the problem. John is the reason Quandre chimes in on Hawks news. Much ado for nothing.

    Has anyone thought about

I fail to understand how that thought ever occurred to you.

    Has anyone thought about

Pete raising the 12 flag when we play the 9ers would add some major juice in a myriad of ways.

    Jason Peters

Bunch of folks in here slamming Stone have clearly not seen how last week's grades turned out. Stone, just like last year, was awful in the game Abe was injured and looks better when he's got week to prepare for being the starter. Tomlinson is a problem. Williams is still getting his bearings...

    Why no McIntosh?

Who is this Kenneth Murray individual you mention multiple times?

    A NFL fact from 2023

Going in to Camp, positional concerns

He's no Dave Wyman tho, that's for sure.

Going in to Camp, positional concerns

I think LB might be better off than we're anticipating. I think between how the front is going to be utilized it'll help them immensely. Both those FA signings rank better than what we had last year based on last years performances. Anyone who listens to Corbin can attest how Rhattigan looked...

    Mike Macdonald mic'd up @ OTA's

I understood enough of the drunken ramble. Do you, as a fan, need to be enamored with a coaches personality or is him doing his actual duties is what you're after? He's known as not being an extrovert. We knew this. Idgaf about him not being coach rainbows because introverts are some dangerous...

    Eskridge

Everybody gets a clean slate under a new regime. I'm way more optimistic about the Grubb/Huff tandem than I ever was with Waldron. This can very much be a boost for multiple players. DK, Eskridge, Charbs, Bobo, everyone. There isn't a question about talent.

Rayshawn Jenkins picked Hawks over 9ers.

Maybe, just maybe, there's an excitement behind the continued rejuvenation coach Mac provides for those defensive players he coaches. Maybe, just maybe, other players aren't jumping at the chance to play for the team who continues to cone up short. That will have declined if they don't make the...

    Best draft in years

We needed a backup QB. We got one with upside and recent experience. Which QB were we to pickup with the pick we spent? Doesn't matter. Our experienced GM with access to more knowledge and resources chose Sam over whoever that would have been. How easy must it be to cast him away and think...

    Best draft in years

Howell was on a piece of shit team. He's not him, but just look back at Peyton's first year numbers. Change of scenery can do wonders. As we were positioned this year, we're better off with Howell's experience and potential upside vs. whichever QB we could have drafted with his pick.

Pick #207 - OT Michael Jerrell

Had power 5 offers but wanted to stay loyal to the program that believed in him initially. Great post pick interview. Pro day at Ohio St was stellar. This guy will grow on the doubters.
