Oh I missed the deadline for choosing the prize. Tough choice, I probably wouldve gone with the turf.
Anyway today is my birthday AND the last game before I fly to New Zealand for a couple of months. I hope the team gives me a decent send off + birthday present since I probably wont be able to...
I anticipate that fans will eventually sale their shares to the highest bidder and then our ownership model will look pretty much like our home field has looked this season... ;)
I'm skipping most of the games tonight... might catch up some late night redzone action. I hate bye weeks, but it's nice to be able to make plans on a Sunday evening.
10pm start tonight since we just moved the clock back (usually the late games are 11pm here).
Will watch at home, praying for a new look run defense tonight with EJ joining and Wlliiams and Murphy fully healthy. Go Hawks!
watched the 49ers game from bed with blurry vision from eye surgery which was probably a good thing. I hate thursday night games and the long wait for the next game (which is a lot harder after such a loss). Will probably watch some redzone channel tonight without much interest.
1:25 pm start Seattle time means 23:25 here in Israel, so like most games - I will be watching at home. I was supposed to have PRK eye surgery on Sunday but postponed it to Tuesday so I could watch the game, only to realize we have the Niners on Thursday... hopefully I recover fast enough to...
Week 4 kickoff is in just under 12 hours (more or less), seems like a good time to post my guesses:
PF: 402 - current average * 1.12
PA: 273 - current average * 1.12
Geno: 3,636 passing yards (1212*3)
Rushing TD's by RB's: 21 (12 reversed)
Let's go 12's!
Not sure how they calculated this - from what I saw we lead the league in disguising our coverage.
In fact it is so well disguised that even our defensive backfield doesn't know what the coverage is post-snap...
There is one person on the team who has been awful this year and has not been getting the job done.
Bailey falling on that critical play, TJ losing the coin toss (WTF??), officials not calling the play dead on Jones's TD catch, and other unlucky plays. It's all on this guy's shoulders.
That's...
Two words for him:
Thank You!
(From all the 12's out there).
This should probably fuel Doug for years to come (seeing how he still hasn't forgotten about the 'Pedestrian').
P.S.
Baldwin just became my favorite interviewee. His passion and intensity are unparalleled.
