Christian Haynes played LG, but he looked good. Lots of downfield blocking. He's more mobile than I realized.
I might be in the minority but I thought Gray Zabel played average his 1st game. There's plays he's thrown back or looking a little lost and missing 2nd level blocks. He's got the...
I think it's become more common as the draft is about the entertainment value of it and needing space for the camera crews and whatnot. You see a lot of the draft videos of the 1st round picks in these huge mansion homes with no personal decorations or pictures on the walls and then you see...

It would be unusual game planning 1 week into training camp, let alone promising...
His 2025 cap hit is $30.9M or a $4M dead cap hit if cut.
Seattle isn't paying him $26.9M next year. The only option is they renegotiate a fair deal or Seattle cuts him and Lockett explores his options.
If this was a Pete Carroll team, the inconsistency would be frustrating but for a 1st year coaching staff you like to see the team playing close in every game. There's room to grow.
One of the dumber plays I've seen.
Are defenders just scared to hit now? If that was Kam he's only goal would be to lay the biggest hit he could. Screw the interception. Screw the receiver making the catch. He was going to make them pay.
