    I wanted guard help but I think Haynes is probably 85% of Latham and they got Murphy so overall I think it worked out better for them. I would've been fine with Latham as well though.

    I think the hate is a little goofy at times too. He's been right more than most when it comes to Seahawks stuff. I like his content and we're lucky to have him in my opinion. To each their own.

    I absolutely believe it. He's a special player at the most valuable position. He is viewed higher internally than the media had predicted. I would love to have Penix but if you're not getting a franchise QB I think the draft worked out almost perfectly for Seattle.

    I wanted to play it safe with Byron Murphy but I'm going to take a chance and say Penix. I think if he's there at 16 they probably take him. If he's gone its Murphy.     I think I'm ok with it. You drop down 20sh? picks or so and maybe Howell's tape suggests he has the potential to be really good. He did throw for 4,000 yards last year I think on a bad team without any weapons? I seem to always be contrarian lately and maybe its driving this but I like it.

    I’ve now heard three people who are well respected say Penix does things with his arm that only a handful of guys in the NFL can do. That is a special arm. It’s yet to be seen how his whole game translates but he’s in rarified air as far as arm talent.
