    I think it fits with what js and mm are trying to build culture wise. You contribute, you are valued. Even beyond the players. We saw this when bobo got the game suspension for disrespecting a woman on the janitorial staff. Honoring bit role players this way helps with the culture.

    Kennedy for me. His capability of doing it on his own regardless of the team quality around him was as good as any player ever.
