It won't matter who the team selects the same grumblers will grumble about the choice made as they have a better idea and the team has screwed up by not picking their guy.
For me I'd be very happy if at least 3 of the 7 picks are spent on the trenches. They do need ILBs and safeties though.
You'd expect a young QB with all the support in the world to be great as he was at times early in his career. Wilson however began to believes in his press clippings and the image he wished to create and slowly began to think he was better than his coaches. I think Wilson could still be a good...
My friend, you nailed it!!!
Reality as well is he started to believe his press clippings and became that confusing enigma of Mr. Unlimited. Thing is he was revealed therein, and was far from being just that.
Reality as well is, he is a phony, and all his social pretence was just that all...
Perhaps b/c we never saw him play in any regular season game last season.
McIntosh is a very capable RB who was kinda stashed on IR last season. I suspect he'll be VERY ready to go as soon as the hitting starts for real.
I’d rather see what McIntosh can do. He will be hungry to show his stuff.
Penny will just get hurt and disappear. I’d prefer some other team pays the injury settlement.
Vet. Min deal is all I’d pay. He does have skill but can’t stay healthy.
Thing is it really hasn't hurt them in the same way the Seahawks were with busted early picks and a overpriced trade.
I'm wondering if the team could unload an expensive contract by trade. By now I'm certain JS has played through a huge number of different options by trade of pick or even where...
Wow, very interesting info; that's a good deal for Tomlinson and if nothing else the addition of his experience. I expect there might be game to game roster bonuses or other incentives to be paid as well but at present he's signed and the team is still under the cap.
I'm sure we we soon see...
This is another inexpensive signing of an experienced player who has been pretty durable. He is however close to the end of his career.
JS has biases in terms of Oline valuation at C and G, as he has indicated in terms of G's. We haven't had much luck with the C's he's drafted though we don't...
In other news as you observed (Hawkstorian) the Seahawks have agreed to sign OG- Laken Tomlinson to a 1 year deal. This was first reported by Tom Pelissaro on Twitter (X).
Here's another report...
In case if anyone who is wondering the team needs to do some cap massaging ( to open up cap space)before they can sign their draft picks and any further free agents or their draft picks.
