    Having to learn a new system, playing for a new coach, who just hired a new OC and who likely wanted him to call plays like his old OC is a recipe for disaster. Play callers attempt to call plays in a sequence that sets up later plays for success. But I'd wager that there was no sequencing...

    NIL Cap for the whole team, and every player must get paid a minimum so that it's a little more fair for all of them. However, a player who is desperate to make the team may opt out if that's his only chance for getting on a team.
