Damn that’s disappointing. I think he should’ve waited until next year and have his pick of where to go. Late trying to grab someone too but hopefully Mike has a plan. Kubiak has done some really cool things later in the year to adapt to what teams are doing with play design and game plan.

Kubiak is probably going to regret his decision to become HC of the Raiders. I believe there will be better openings next season.

I think the following teams could potentially ax their HCs if there isn't any improvement - Eagles, Bengals, Commanders, Lions, Jets, Bucs, and Chiefs. A dark horse is the Cowboys.

Looks like we are on to the 3rd OC in 3 years. Congratulations to Klint, but nothing matters at this point except SB60. The whole point is to be in the position to play for championships and we are. We are going to have a desirable OC job for someone. It will take care of itself.

No way he gets a second chance here. The only reason kubiwak had success here is because he was forced to conform to Mike McDonalds vision for the whole team. Mike made kubiwak improve as a play caller or get out. That is why kubiwako should have stayed. Julio Rodriguez was chosen to play in the all star game last year for the mariners, but declined because he was embarrassed at his performance. Julio had too much honor and desire to be great to take the reward. Now obviously kubisnack had a much larger temptation in the millions of money, but the money was gonna be there and he wouldn’t have to go to the raiders if he had come back for his senior year.
Good luck klint with a k. You’re going to need it.


The thing is really that I’m excited about this. We need a better OC. In my opinion Kubiak only did enough to keep his job here.


That really illustrates the difference between a franchise like Seattle and a franchise like LV.

Kubiak isn't bringing Darnold with him nor is he bringing JSN.

That team is not going anywhere for the next couple of seasons (or more).


And that QB Mendoza they will probably draft is projected (imo, so it's not really true but just assumption) to be a 3rd-round talent from what I'm hearing.

Know who else is a 3rd-round talent? Jalen Milroe.

So this may not end well for Kubes there.


And btw, I thought he hated uprooting his family to move to another city? Was that all BS?


EDIT : I think Mendoza isn't all that and is just going to be the best QB in a very weak draft for QBs.

Nope but if Benton and Durde go with him.. that IMO hurts Seattle more than a few are aware imo. I’d be willing to say that’ll be a big setback and the media would love to see Seattle fulfill what they want and that’s 500 or below seasons
