Lol. Geno most definitely did not get Grubb fired. Grubb got himself fired by being unbelievably bad at his job. We were one of the most pass heavy teams in league despite having one of the very worst pass protecting OL's in the league. Grubbs whole philosophy and scheme was a recipe for disaster with the personnel he had to work with. Geno was far from perfect, and he certainly made a lot mistakes, but he was basically hung out to dry and setup to fail by a horrifically bad OC, OL, and running game.
I'll blame Geno

You know Pete is feeling the heat when he's firing coordinators mid season. He never did that in Seattle. Now he needs to bench GeNO, who was seen flipping off Raiduh fans after the game. Not surprising.

Shame to see PC's demise play out like this, although he brought it on himself. He has a good chance at being 1 and done. On the other hand, I LOVE seeing the Raiders taking a huge dump. I only wish Pete was coaching in SF

Well, our boy Pete may have finally lost his marbles. Not only was Geno sacked 10 times, they left Stone fricken Forsythe, often with no help, against Miles Garrett. Just wow.

Also wonder if Brennan Carroll (OL coord) and Nate Carroll (assistant QB coach) will get fired. Doubt it though.

Man, Pete should've just kept teaching classes at USC or whatever the hell it was that he was doing. While his last few years in Seattle were maddening as hell, he still went out on a respectable note finishing above .500 those last two seasons. He's had an amazing career, but this needs to be it for him. History will gloss over this Raiders chapter if this is indeed his last year. Don't be like Russ and refuse to admit that it's over and ruin your legacy.

Chip Kelly was fired because of the Raiders' terrible offensive line. Can't really judge anything going on there--the QB, Ashton Jeanty, or the OC--with a line that is the worst in the NFL.
Chip Kelly's offense, which is based on the outside zone run and RPOs had the wrong personnel to execute it, on the O-line and at QB.
I'm not a huge fan of Kelly, but I admire his past inventiveness, and would have liked to have seen what else he had up his sleeve with a decent NFL team.
