If I understood, I believe the rules said you don't worry too much about language. Did I get that right? Some forums are really strict about keeping everything G rated. I'm alright either way. Just want to know what it is here so I can make sure to stay within the rules.

He said it’s pretty much common sense. If you can’t disagree with someone without using bad language, then your common sense may be lacking.

Fair enough but most people admit he probably should have been gone since 2017 or so. I figure if Paul hadn't died and Covid wasn't a thing it would happened around then for sure.

Maybe, worked out in the end though, I can't recall who was available then, but I doubt they'd be as appealing as Macdonald, at least in my eyes, it really worked out for the best.

I just don't like people slamming Pete, it's one thing to think he stayed too long, it's another to imply he's a bad coach and was carried or something.

Belicheck was utter trash until Tom rolled through, yet I don't see the same fervor from anyone calling him garbage or overrated etc

Pete's responsible for one of the best moments in seattle history, I just don't get the hate

Although I'm a little skeptical of Covid having anything to do with our not moving on from Pete, I think there's a good chance that you're right, that had he lived, Paul Allen may well have decided a few years ago to move on from Pete. He fired Dennis Erickson after he was a victim of the Vinnie Testaverde helmet touchdown and Jim Mora after just one season, so there is some history to support your opinion.

I finally reached my tolerance threshold at the end of the 2021 season, the year we traded Russell. I wanted a complete reset, not to include JS.

To me this is a great add as Coach Frazier is a very solid coach, and brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to a new staff.

I am very curious about the OC still as yet not chosen, the two candidates being discussed are both very interesting.
