Would you pull the trigger?

I know some of you hate these hypothetical questions but just wasting time...

After this season, let's say we win Superbowl, would you accept the trade:

CB Sherman for DT Suh.

Painting the picture in that scenario, I could see the Seahawks cutting ties with Mebane, Bryant, Avril, and Clemons.

Re-signing Bennett, Schoefield, McDaniels as well as Browner and Thurmond to hometown discounts.

Would you pull the trigger if you were JS/PC?

Ooooh....I really want Suh to come home. But, Sherman or Thomas are the only two guys I wouldn't touch.

Great question to ponder (Christian?) though.

nope Suh is a great player but to many dumb decisions i think the only DT worth that trade is Fletcher Cox in philly and that will never happen.

Probably not. I'd rather trade up in the draft.

If Suh proved he wasn't going to get suspended or fined all the time, I'd be for it, though. And that even with how much I love Sherman (because, IMO, the dropoff from Sherman to the next CB wouldn't be as great as the upgrade over any of our DTs.)

No.

Suh's pre-CBA contract is massive. It'll be impossible for Detroit to re-sign him at the end of his current deal having paid two other pre-CBA picks (Stafford, Johnson).

No, but if you were to ask me about a guy that plays on the D-Line for the Texans, I might have a different answer for you...

Suh's only a jackass, because that's the culture there.

No. His contract is incredibly back-loaded.

He's due 21.5 Million dollars in 2014 and 13.2 Million in 2015.

What if he restructured into a more reasonable contract like 5 years, 12 mil per with 34.7 guaranteed?

An all-pro for a guy that's only a few more infractions away from a lifetime ban in the nfl? I'll pass.

Good scenario... In theory i always thought, the stronger your D line (pass rush) the weaker your secondary can be.. To me it'd be like trading an apple for an apple.
