Aaron Donald thrown out of the game after cheap shot

Time for him to start getting up on the other side of the bed!

Wonder if that'll earn him a suspension for Week 2.

Would have been funny if the helmet had ricocheted back and hit him in the face.

I don't think so. He got thrown out for contact with an official, but after re-watching it, I think it must have actually been on Barron for swiping at the ref's hand and that the ref got the wrong person. I think Donald only did the hands to the face and helmet toss, which probably isn't enough for a suspension.

I could be wrong, of course, but the camera was on him basically from the head shot onwards. He probably just didn't know whether he accidentally bumped an official or not.

I think Donald was just frustrated.

He doesn't deserve a suspension.

I think all good Rams players should be frustrated right now.

Hope so. I'd feel really badly for Los Angeles to sit through an opening loss after two+ decades. I used to live there. I have some nostalgia for it.

Yeah we know. Fisher would rather beat the Seahawks in the regular season than make it to the Super Bowl and win it.

I guess I'm just gonna say that the Hawks didn't exactly light up the scoreboard on Sunday either. So you're never as good as you show, and never quite as bad.

He got tossed for the contact with official, but I think he'd have been tossed anyway because that was two personal fouls. 2 PFs get you bounced as well.

I agree with you. He deserved the ejection, but I don't think he deserves a suspension.

Most importantly a GM that set your franchise back a decade by drafting a skinny stupid air raid QB that has never competed or won an important game his entire football career............when he could have drafted Carson Wentz, who was a perfect fit for what the Rams are trying to do, play nasty defense, run the ball and make tough throws when needed. Wentz fits that mold perfectly.
