I saw others respond as if he was referring to the girl, but I didn't see Doug tweet that.
I took it as a comment re: salary negotiations. It's clearly not clear.

Don't know how twitter works is that a comments section below? or are they other peoples tweets? the one which says "she smiles like you" is pretty funny, made me laugh anyway.
