I apologize if this link does not work. Bottom line is this is a Marcus Trufant Superbowl card?

That is a weird card because it says Super Bowl XLIII at the top which is not the Super Bowl he played in. Maybe they made a set of cards for that Super Bowl which was 2008 and so at the top they put Super Bowl XLIII on all of them. It does look weird though for sure.

It says "Superbowl Edition Card," which means Score probably did some sort of players of SB past type collection in 2008.

It says that they made 440 different cards, 2400 of each card. So there are atleast 334 other cards in this set with players who weren't in Superbowl 43.

Score is pretty low quality and not worth that price. Unless you're trying to specifically collect Marcus Trufant cards, I wouldn't waste my money on that.
