Mostly good....

Regarding Harvin......"If he's playing, in my mind, he's playing," Carroll said. "So we'll do everything we want to do with him. That he wants to do as well. But we don't know how that's going to turn out, and I reserve the right to change that."

Seahawks relatively healthy

Tight end Luke Willson returned to practice as Carroll anticipated after suffering a high-ankle sprain in the regular-season finale. Receiver Jermaine Kearse was also back.

Linebacker K.J. Wright is the only player on the 53-man roster who has been ruled out for Saturday's game, and there's even good news on his potential return from the broken bone in his foot he sustained on Dec. 8.

"K.J. is going to run Thursday if you can believe that," Carroll said. "He's going to come back and run for us Thursday to see what that means. He's not playing this weekend, but incredible recovery is underway here. Hopefully, we can follow through with it next week if we have that chance."

Shoot, if they just have Harvin fly down the sidelines, it will bring the safety over to his side. Now all the sudden the middle of the field opens up for Miller and Willson. Let alone opening up more opportunities for Baldwin and Tate. Oh yeah, and that Beast guy is pretty good too.

In the event that the Seahawks win, having KJ for the 49ers will be epic. I know how upset he was that he had to come out of the game and not be able to finish it. Likewise, having him for Carolina will be great as well (just not as good of a story...) :)

We've been lucky this year, except for Harvin and Rice. We had a lot of injuries, but they're all healthy for the post-season run and we've got the #1 seed--that'll work. Rice is not crucial.

Good news. Would have like to have KJ back but even the news on him is positive!

Thomas did not practice for the Saints on Wednesday as he continued to deal with a chest injury suffered against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the team’s regular season finale....

Guard Jahri Evans and defensive tackle Akiem Hicks were both limited in practice Wednesday with ankle injuries. Tackle Terron Armstead (knee) and cornerback Keenan Lewis (head/neck) were full participants.
