Can anyone recommend any good priced hotels near Safeco?

Coming down Aug 5 to Aug 7 for the Blue Jays/Mariners series.

What do you want as far as "near" goes? Near for me is within 2 miles, but everyone is different.

I live in the Seattle area, but don't believe there is such an animal. I'm sure all of the hotels near the stadiums are pricey! Your best bet is to stay 10+ miles away from the stadiums if you are worried about price, and if those dates are on a weekend, expect to pay even more! Good luck!

We stayed at the White Cloud, it wasn't cheap, and not really a value when you consider the room sizes.

For the price of a standard White Cloud room you can get a huge five star sweet, with a beautiful view, a few miles away, but with shuttle service.

Silver Cloud???

Moore Hotel, less than a buck a night 15 minute walk from Clink. On Stewart and 2nd.

Actually if you don't mind walking a bit and a ferry ride or two, there is hotel/motels in Bremerton and Bainbridge Island that may be worth considering.

Look into the Clearwater Casino just over the Agate Pass bridge. Free shuttle back and forth from the ferry, pretty good food, gambling, free parking and entertainment.

All of downtown is pretty close to the stadium. Either a long walk or short bus ride.
Check out Priceline or hotwire to find some great deals.
