Notice that the "source" only gives details about Rice's contract and doesn't suggest anything about the team's thinking on it. Florio's trying to drum up drama.

That seems kind of reactionary. I think Sidney will be gone eventually, but I would expect him to be here next year. Unless they need to free up money for another big time FA(defense)

Hmm. Makes sense from the cap number and one had to figure Rice and Miller's numbers were pretty substantial, such that they would be needing to adjust or leave next season. This season seems a bit pre-mature until they know that Tate can put back to back solid seasons up.

Absolutely ridiculous. The only reason Rice's stats are lower is that we were breaking in a rookie QB and we like to move the ball around to other pieces of the offense.
If we targeted Sidney 10-12 times a game, he'd be a 1000 yard, 10 TD guy easily.
Stupid.

yeah well this guy can go screw himself. Rice isn't going anywhere and if you think have Vanilla the offense was the first half of the season you can see why. PLUS RW likes to spread the ball around. It was Rice's first year playing fully healthy with a ROOKIE QUARTERBACK.
