We are a good team. What positions do you think we need to draft to get this team to great?

2 oline

2 dline, at least. Interior and exterior. A tight end. Some more depth in the defensive backfield.

I'm not necessarily on the RB bandwagon. No team keeps enough running backs to weather your top 3 getting injured.

Not sure about WR either, though I think the Hawks have 10 picks so I think there will be room to spread around a bit to a lot of positions that don't necessarily "need" more players.

Agree and I want the wr to be a burner. A weapon in fly sweeps, punt and kick returner maybe run some gimmicks as QB. Kind of what Lockett was when we first drafted him. Like a Tyreek Hill, Boston Scott, Mecole Hardiman.
After watching tape of Lynn Bowden, I would love to get him and he's not projected very high. Possibly round 3 or 4.

Is it managerial malpractice to spend an entire draft on pass rushers?

I don't see how we could not address the DB depth issue again, either through the draft or free agency/trade.
