What he actually said was that when McCrathy was on the hot seat early in the season he would have easily found a new gig next year.

He was on the hot seat following the Seattle loss in the playoffs. I also believe he gave up on calling the plays for his team and focused solely on being the head coach.

The Packers have one super bowl under Rodgers who everyone believes is a better passer than RW. So were even and RW has played in six fewer seasons than Rodgers.
