^^ I think that they had left a spot open on the active roster when Tukuafu was released. Probably promote someone to the 53 once they know who's going to be playing and who isn't.

This makes sense. They now can share reps at RB since Prosise was a tad banged up and they had promoted the RB from the PS last week. Rawls injury being diagnosed as a crack tibia (I think), this move is a hedge in case Rawls injury doesn't heal or recovery drags on for an extended time.
