Some one at espn is gonna get fired....

The article talks about john deciding on the 5th year option for russell wilson as if he was a first round pick like luck.

For shame.

Nobody gets fired at ESPN for not knowing facts or being lazy with their research...see: Terry Blount.

All this Ranger talk is just for show. RW is an above average NFL QB, and improving by the day on his way to greatness, but if he were to drop football for baseball, he would maybe be lucky and good enough to be playing in some obscure little drink water town no one has ever heard of, and be riding a bus or a mule from game to game.
IMHO, he would never advance to the big leagues, but because of his NFL status, the possibility makes good conversation. Were he sitting on the bench in Seattle, there would be no talk about the Rangers, it's what you call a boring off season.
